What's strange is that when I log into my AOL mail through my web browser, I can see my full account there and can send and receive email without problem - it uses the same login and password. Everything appears to be running fine, except I am not receiving any mail to my AOL Desktop program. In addition, I downloaded an old version of AOL Desktop (it's old, but I like the format) and set up my mail with my current username and password. In doing this, it was restored with Windows 7. Q: My computer crashed about a week ago and my recovery program performed a factory re-set on it.
